My very first white chocolate mud cake! Took me hours…also, I needed to make the chocolate shards at the appropriate time and I ran out of white chocolate as I used too much for the cake and the ganache which I used to fill and ice the cake!
In a future post I might do a how to if anyone is remotely interested in making this kind of cake. The white chocolate ganache is extremely tasty and is probably sweeter than dark chocolate ganache but shouldn’t a cake be sweet?!
This cake like all the others seen in past posts is available to order for all occasions!
